In this role, you will apply your technical skills in your respective engineering domain and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable product features across a variety of products and domains.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot who can lead backend architecture, deliver complex features, and support multiple client product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot (Good to Have : Kotlin).
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to effectively leverage AI in every aspect of development.
• Build scalable microservices and distributed systems
• Lead technical discussions with product and engineering stakeholders
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and security
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
