Job Description :

As a STEM Rater, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brain of our AI. You will work closely with the STEM Lead and your team to meticulously create, review, and refine high-quality data. This involves evaluating AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and pedagogical effectiveness.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of their subject matter, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. They should also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback to the AI model.

The STEM Rater will be responsible for creating high-quality data, including detailed solutions, explanations, and step-by-step derivations for STEM problems across various difficulty levels. They will also evaluate AI-generated responses for correctness, coherence, and pedagogical soundness.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• A Master's degree in a relevant field from a premier institution, with demonstrable academic excellence.
• Strong expertise across a wide range of topics within their subject, covering syllabi for competitive exams and major undergraduate curricula.
