AM/DM – Corporate health & Safety

About the Client:

One of the leading Manufacturing Organization

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Provide effective leadership in Corporate Safety by formulating and implementing process standards

2. Manage Safety Systems and Risk Management programmes and ensure achievement of objectives, by establishing and implementing approved medium and long term plans, aligned to the company s strategic business goals.

3. Build meaningful inference from data collected across sites.

4. Provide Safety support for innovation projects as required / per business plan.

Principal Accountabilities:

Technical:

1. Professional knowledge of Safety aspects.

2. Good written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact at all levels both internally and externally

3. Computer literate

4. Systems Skill set Hazard Identification and Risk Management, Lock out tag out, Incident Investigation and Alert preparation, Permit to work, Safety module development, Internal Audit.

Operational: Execute Safety plan in accordance to the business strategy and deliver excellence. Build Safety Capability of Safety and Non-Safety professionals within the Organization
