Team Lead – Backend (Node.js, Microservices, Spring Boot)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to drive backend development initiatives. This role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of backend services to ensure a seamless and high-performance user experience. The role includes leading a team of Node.js developers and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Education: B.E./B.Tech, MCA, or an equivalent degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in backend development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with databases and API design.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
