Job descriptionDevelop, validate, and execute immunology-based assays to evaluate test molecules. Analyse and interpret experimental data with attention to accuracy, reproducibility, and scientific integrity. Procure and manage reagents and consumables for assigned projects. Track procurement and ensure timely availability of materials. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow SOPs and adhere to safety and quality guidelines. Education : Master’s degree in Biotechnology , Immunology , Cell Biology , or related life sciences field. Experience : 4-8 years of proven experience in experience in immunology or immuno-oncology research. Strong Experience : Strong foundational understanding of Drug Substance (DS) and Drug Product (DP) development and manufacturing processes. Skills : Immuno-oncology assays Bioassays PBMC isolation and banking Flow cytometry and Incucyte-based analysis Cell culture, including handling of primary cells and engineered cell line.
