Marketing Manager – Full-Stack, Hands-On

About the Role

We’re hiring a

Marketing Manager who’s hands-on, full-stack, and outcome-driven.

This is not a strategy-only or oversight role. You’ll

write the content, build the decks, generate the videos and get the leads

— end to end.

Once you’ve set the foundation — messaging, visual identity, and lead engines — you can engage freelancers and agencies to scale. But

first, you’ll own it yourself.

We’re building two high-growth brands :

Phonon.io

– Automation for customer conversations in BFSI & Travel

22North

– Airline Tech for notifications, boarding, and disruptions

What You’ll Do

✍️ Content Marketing

Create compelling content : videos, demos, blogs, website content, decks, case studies, emailers, LinkedIn posts

Create quality assets that will enable the commercial team to close and upsell / cross-sell better

Build product messaging aligned to audience pain points

️ Competitive Research

Study market trends and competitors across CPaaS, BFSI Tech, and Aviation Tech

Build positioning documents, comparison tables, and insight decks

Feed findings into content and campaign strategies

Design (Execution-level)

Use Canva / Figma to create presentations, social graphics, banners, and brochures

Ensure all visuals follow a consistent and modern brand language

Develop and manage lightweight design systems and templates

Digital Marketing

Run and manage campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta

Execute and optimize lead generation, remarketing, and nurturing

Measure CPL, conversion rates, and engagement — and iterate constantly

✅ What We’re Looking For

10–15 years of experience in

B2B marketing

— SaaS, BFSI, Tech, or Aviation preferred

Proficiency in content, digital, and basic graphic tools (Canva / Figma, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp / HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)

Excellent copywriting skills with a strategic mind and execution muscle

Comfortable owning the full funnel from visibility → engagement → leads

Growth mindset with willingness to build, hustle, and then scale via external support
