Backend Engineer - Golang / Python

We're Hiring :

Backend Engineers (SDE-2 / SDE-3)

We're looking for experienced backend engineers to join our team and take ownership of building core products, defining architecture, and delivering end-to-end features.

What You'll Do :

• Build Core Products : Quickly get up to speed with our Docmate platform and AI-driven Chat / Voice products. Take charge of key components or entire product lines.
• Lead Technically : Make architectural decisions, design scalable systems, and influence our long-term technical direction.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with co-founders and business teams to turn high-level vision into working solutions.
• Own Delivery : Be accountable for the entire lifecycle-ideation, development, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
