Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager located in Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Vizag and Nellore. The Senior Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage cross-functional teams, develop strategic business plans, and ensure the successful execution of organizational goals. Responsibilities will include fostering client relationships, driving sales growth, analyzing market trends, ensuring compliance, and mentoring team members to achieve performance targets.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Team Management skills, including the ability to oversee cross-functional teams.
• Business Strategy Development and Financial Planning capabilities.
• Strong understanding of Sales Growth Strategies and Market Analysis.
• Operational and Resource Management expertise.
• Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Communication skills.
• Familiarity with the automotive or construction equipment industry is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in a managerial role with a demonstrated track record of performance.
