Map business capabilities to platforms applications and projects

Partner with portfolio management teams to prioritize investments based on capability gaps

Provide architectural oversight for program and project delivery ensuring value realization

Work with business and IT leaders to connect functional with enterprise architecture objectives

Translate business priorities into architecture requirements ensuring cross functional synergies

Establish metrics and KPIs to measure business alignment and architecture outcomes

Maintain a comprehensive inventory of technical debt across platforms and applications

Define Tech debt remediation strategies and execution roadmaps in collaboration with delivery teams

Contribute to enterprise-wide governance frameworks and compliance standards

Champion architecture principles and best practices across IT and business teams
