POSITION OVERVIEW

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance backend systems for financial applications. Drive technical architecture decisions while ensuring regulatory compliance and system reliability for mission-critical trading platforms.

Qualification : Graduation or Post Graduation in Computer Science or Engineering from Teir 1 Institutes.

Experience : 12 -15 years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architecture & Design : Create scalable backend architectures for high-volume financial transactions, real-time trading systems, and core banking platforms. Define technical roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies aligned with business objectives.
• Technical Leadership : Mentor development teams, conduct architecture and code reviews, drive adoption of engineering best practices, and lead technical decision making for complex architectural challenges.
• System Integration : Design seamless integrations with third-party financial systems, payment gateways, regulatory platforms, and external APIs while maintaining system integrity and performance.
• Performance & Security : Architect high-throughput systems with optimized databases, caching strategies, load balancing, and implement robust security measures ensuring adherence to financial regulations including SEBI, GDPR, and SOC2.
