THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Projects to lead end-to-end deployment of startup-led solutions across Vedanta’s operations. This role will :

• Drive on-ground execution of pilots and scaled deployments at client / plant sites.
• Ensure alignment with business units through stakeholder coordination, business case support, and delivery monitoring.
• Lead post-deployment support, including change management, value tracking, and reporting of business impact.
• Build reusable playbooks and knowledge assets for scaling solutions across the group.
