Role Overview

We are seeking a

dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Associate – Content Operations

to manage and streamline academic and content-related workflows. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about EdTech, operations, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline

1–2 years of relevant experience preferred

(Freshers with strong skills may also apply)

Prior experience in

EdTech or startup environments

is an advantage

Must have own laptop

Skills & Requirements

Good understanding of

CA / CS / Commerce student concerns

(preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong proficiency in

Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive

(mandatory)

Knowledge of

Power BI or data analysis tools

is a plus

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality

Ability to multitask and deliver results within defined

TAT (Turnaround Time)

Key Responsibilities

Freelancer Onboarding & Coordination :

Manage the complete onboarding and engagement process for freelancers (FLs).

Doubt Resolution Scheduling :

Align and schedule FLs for doubt-solving sessions ensuring timely responses.

Audit & Quality Assurance :

Review academic responses to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Copy Checking & Evaluation :

Oversee content evaluation and ensure timely completion.

Performance Tracking & Reporting :

Maintain and analyze FL performance metrics for internal review.

Finance Support :

Assist in monthly payment coordination and validation for freelancers.

Cross-Team Collaboration :

Work closely with SMEs, freelancers, and academic teams to ensure smooth operations.
