Job descriptionReconcile premium and claim data with the finance department to ensure accuracy. Reserving & Report preparation for All Lines of Business Analyze the reports and highlight key issues in a timely manner to management. Provide recommendations to the management on the issues highlighted. Work with stakeholders to understand any ad hoc requests Data preparation for IFRS implementation Impact assessment and understanding the standards Implementation of IFRS in the future Work with Stakeholders to understand the impact and implement th new requirements Document the details of the methodology, assumptions and output Regularly attend training programs to learn new methodologies. Test and apply new methods on the models to improve efficiency. Stay up to date with the advancements and changes in the industry and the business.
Roles and Responsibilities
Complete end to end Reserving and Reporting for all Lines of Business.
- Collate all the required data from multiple sources.
- Perform data cleaning, missing value treatment and data transformation to ensure the data set
is ready to be used.
