We are seeking your support in identifying strong profiles for the below Leadership Role.
Position : Executive Director – Data & AI
Experience : 18 – 25 Years
Budget : Up to ₹50 LPA (including 15% DP on Gross) + 15% Annual Performance Bonus (on Gross)
Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days
Location : Bangalore (Electronic City Office)
Work Mode : Hybrid
Relocation : Open for genuine cases
Mandatory Requirements (New Inputs from Hiring Manager)
- Must have Sales & Delivery experience.
- Should have built Data Landscapes.
- Banking domain experience is mandatory (as the project is for a banking client).
- Proven track record in business development and bringing in new business.
- Must have owned and managed a portfolio worth $10–15 million+ USD.
- Prefer candidates from service-based companies or Big 4 consulting firms, supporting Banking projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery Management
Oversee end-to-end delivery across Data & AI projects within the Banking and Finance domain.Lead large teams and ensure timely delivery, P&L management, and quality compliance.Implement governance, risk management, and continuous improvement frameworks.2. Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary liaison for senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.Build strategic relationships to align client objectives with delivered solutions.Conduct business reviews and ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement.3. Management Consulting
Advise banking clients on digital transformation, data strategy, and AI initiatives.Drive consulting engagements focusing on process optimization and business innovation.Lead solutioning and thought leadership initiatives in Data & AI transformation.4. Sales and Business Development
Drive end-to-end sales, presales, and solutioning for new and existing accounts.Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and portfolio expansion.Lead RFP responses, client presentations, and proposal development.5. P&L Management
Own and manage a $10–15 million+ USD portfolio with accountability for profitability.Track revenues, margins, and cost efficiency across projects.Ensure financial discipline and sustainable business growth.6. Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and inspire large multi-location teams.Foster a high-performance culture and drive continuous learning.Manage resource planning and competency development.7. Process Improvement & Innovation
Enhance delivery frameworks and methodologies for improved outcomes.Promote innovation through emerging technologies and AI-driven best practices.Ensure regulatory compliance and data governance excellence within BFSI delivery.Required Qualifications & Experience
Education : Bachelor’s in IT / Computer Science or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.Experience :18+ years in IT Services or Management Consulting, including 10+ years in leadership roles.Proven success managing portfolios exceeding $10–15 million USD in the Banking domain.Hands-on exposure to Data & AI service delivery.Demonstrated Sales, Delivery, and P&L ownership experience.Strong background with service-based companies or Big 4s.⚙️ Key Skills
