Responsibilities :
- Maintain XR Calibration Infrastructure : Work and maintain the XR calibration infrastructure to ensure it is up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
- Develop Automation Scripts : Create and optimize automation scripts to calibrate different XR products, improving efficiency and accuracy.
- Support Customers : Provide support to customers with calibration setup, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful calibration of their XR devices.
- Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and system engineers.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest advancements in XR calibration technologies and continuously improve the calibration processes and tools.
Required Skillsets :
XR Device Calibration : Expertise in calibrating XR devices to ensure accurate and consistent performance.Camera / IMU Calibration : Proficiency in calibrating cameras / IMUs to achieve accurate motion tracking.Display Calibration : Experience in calibrating XR devices displays for optimal visual quality and performance.Robot Pose Planning : Ability to plan and execute robot poses for various calibration tasks.Optical Systems : Good understanding of optical systems such as cameras, time of flight cameras, lidar, etc.Automation (Python) : Proficiency in developing automation scripts.Computer Vision : Good understanding of computer vision techniques and their applications in XR.Required qualifications :
Good understanding of calibration setups and systems, Computer Vision, etc.Strong mathematical and analytical skillsStrong knowledge of Python and data handling libraries (NumPy, pandas, etc.)Education and experience :
Required : Bachelors in computer science or electrical & computer engineering with at least 3+ years of relevant experience.Preferred : Masters in computer science or electrical & computer engineering with at least 2+ years of relevant experience.Keywords
