Role Overview

We are seeking a Viral Video & AI Content Specialist who can conceptualize, create, and scale viral short-form video content using AI tools for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts . This role requires a mix of creativity, storytelling instincts, and technical skill in leveraging AI platforms for fast, high-quality content creation and trend amplification.

Key Responsibilities 1. Viral Video Creation & Strategy

• Research and identify trending formats, sounds, and hooks on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Develop short, emotionally engaging, high-retention videos tailored to Gen Z audiences.
• Use AI tools to generate ideas, scripts, visuals, and edits quickly and efficiently.
• Craft narratives that align with Learn with Leaders’ mission and resonate with students, parents, and schools.
