Job description
- The primary point of contact for Icertis global Network (LAN / WAN / WIFI), Telephony, and AV (Microsoft Teams Rooms) infrastructure.
- End to end management of Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless equipment.
- Collaborate with Cisco TAC to achieve swift resolution of network-related problems.
- Support the diagnosis and resolution of system / network incidents and provide technical support to end-users.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, including updates and backups.
- Provide first-level support by diagnosing and resolving issues related to laptop operating systems, networks, and applications. This includes troubleshooting common problems, guiding users through step-by-step solutions, and escalating complex issues to higher support levels when necessary.
- Willing to work in different technology areas like Active Directory, Azure AD, M365, Intune, and Information security related tools and applications.
- Facilitate the implementation of network security policies and assist in addressing findings from security audits.
- Utilize network monitoring tools to track system uptime and performance and take appropriate action.
- Contribute to maintaining network documentation and adhere to change management processes.
- 3 - 6 years as a Network / System Administrator or similar role.
- Good working knowledge on Cisco switches, routers, WIFI and firewalls.
- Knowledge of Cisco ISE and Meraki firewalls would be additional advantage.
- Good knowledge of concepts like TCP / IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, IPSec, OSPF, EIGRP, etc.
- Working knowledge on IP Telephony
- Understanding of network monitoring and management tools and Interest in network security practices and tools is a plus.
- Understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune and M365, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) is desired.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Relevant certifications like CCNA, CCNP (R&S), CompTIA Network+ are advantageous.
