Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and solution-oriented Embedded Analytics & Reporting Expert with hands-on expertise in SAP HANA and Incentive and Commission Management (ICM) tools. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing embedded analytical reports that provide real-time visibility into incentive performance, sales metrics, and compensation effectiveness. Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop embedded analytical reports and dashboards using SAP HANA views and ICM reporting tools

Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and user-friendly analytics solutions Partner with Sales Ops, HR, and Compensation teams to build real-time visibility into incentive performance and KPI tracking

Ensure data integrity across incentive calculations, plan components, and payout reporting Optimize queries, views, and performance of reports in SAP HANA and ICM reporting layer Support ad-hoc analytics requests

Collaborate with IT and data governance teams to maintain reporting security, auditability, and compliance
