We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Executive to spearhead our CRM strategy and drive growth.
In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to engage our user base and enhance reactivation metrics. This includes owning quarterly planning, revenue targets, and detailed campaign deployment plans for growth initiatives.
You will leverage your expertise in marketing campaigns across channels such as Email, WhatsApp, and SMS to deliver results-driven outcomes.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field with an MBA as an advantage.4-7 years of experience in CRM roles within rapidly growing digital-first businesses.Proven track record of deploying marketing campaigns across various channels.Strong data and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
