Exp- 5 Year to 12 Year

 6 – 10 years of hands-on experience as a Kronos Consultant with a strong focus on UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions).

 Experience in configuring Kronos for Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, Attestation is an added advantage.

 UKG Certification and experience in Dell Boomi integration platform

 Experience in setting up Kronos Clock Terminals and troubleshooting.

 Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

 Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Kronos and integration components.

 Experience in SQL Programming Knowledge

 Experience in Agile Methodology
