Summary:
As the primary HR point of contact for a business unit in the Company, this role requires a proactive and strategic HR professional. The role involves partnering closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. The role holder will be responsible for driving the HR agenda, including talent management, performance development, worker engagement, and workforce planning.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, growth, and organizational development.
- Workforce Planning & Talent Management: Lead workforce planning efforts, succession planning, and the implementation of talent development programs to ensure the right talent in key roles.
- Policy Development & Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements and align policies with industry best practices.
- Capability Building: Partner with leaders and COE to lead relevant learning and capability programs.
Requirements:
- Background in working with global teams or in a matrixed organization.
- M&A integration and organizational transformation experience.
