Job Description1. Should have minimum 8+ years in Construction industry with specialization in High rise residential buildings.2. Develop and maintain detailed construction plans and schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.3. Analyze and review construction plans and specifications to ensure they are feasible and can be executed efficiently.4. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to discuss and resolve any otential design and scheduling issues.5. Monitor on-site construction processes and adjust schedules as required.6. MSP for planning and scheduling tasks mandatory7. Recommend Mitigation Strategies for any project delays or other issues that may impact the construction process.8. Create Daily, weekly and Monthly reports with accurate status and planned activities
