Job descriptionLead and mentor the design team, ensuring creative and technical excellence Oversee conceptualization, design development, and delivering of projects Review and ensure accuracy of drawings, presentations, and deliverables Bring in innovative design approaches and integrate AI & digital tools where useful Manage timelines , resources, and ensure projects meet quality standards Act as a bridge between the team and the Principal Architect leading projects and guiding their respective team members
Grey Ink Studio is looking for a Senior Architect / Designer to take on a lead role , managing teams and driving design with fresh perspectives. This position will report directly to the Principal Architect.
What we’re looking for :
- Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail
- Excellent visualization and concept development skills
- Quick thinker, solution-oriented , and adaptive
- Proficient in design + visualization softwares (CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Open to exploring and leveraging AI tools to enhance design, visualization, and workflow efficiency
- Prior experience in leading projects and team
