We are seeking a Marketing Technology Developer to join our growing e-commerce team. This role bridges the gap between marketing strategy and technical implementation. You will work directly with our senior marketing brand manager to configure, optimize, and troubleshoot marketing technologies across analytics, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
This is not a general SEO / PPC role — you’ll need a strong technical foundation (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) combined with the ability to work hands-on with analytics, tracking, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Technology & Analytics
- Configure and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), including event tracking, ecommerce tracking, and custom scripts.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Google Analytics 4 (GA4) setups, ensuring accurate conversion and performance tracking.
- Implement and validate tracking pixels for Meta, , Bing, TikTok, and other ad platforms.
- Assist with dashboards and performance reporting (Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar).
PPC Technical Support
Apply detailed optimization sheets to configure and adjust Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts.Manage and troubleshoot Google Merchant Center feeds.Ensure campaign tracking templates, UTM structures, and account settings are correctly implemented.SEO Technical Implementation
Implement technical fixes from SEO audit reports (structured data, canonicalization, redirects, XML sitemaps, robots.txt).Add and validate schema markup (JSON-LD).Support on-page optimization (meta tags, alt text, content structure).Collaborate with external development team (X-Cart) on larger changes while handling all feasible in-house tasks.Website Performance & Optimization
Improve page speed and Core Web Vitals by optimizing CSS, JavaScript, and media assets.Implement best practices for lazy loading, caching, and minification.Troubleshoot technical issues affecting site performance and marketing integrations.Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).1–3 years of experience as a front-end developer or junior full-stack developer ; fresh graduates with strong projects / internships will also be considered.Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript .Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 .Exposure to PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing) from a configuration / technical perspective.Familiarity with SEO technical best practices.Understanding of website performance tools (Google Lighthouse, GTMetrix, PageSpeed Insights).Nice to Have
Experience with APIs, JSON, XML feeds .Familiarity with Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar dashboard tools .Exposure to e-commerce platforms (X-Cart, Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).Knowledge of additional MarTech tools (HubSpot, CRM integrations, etc.).Soft Skills
