This role demands strong operational acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead high-performing teams.You will oversee inbound & outbound operations, optimize inventory, enhance productivity, manage a multi-functional team, and maintain strong vendor and stakeholder relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Operational LeadershipPlan and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce overall supply chain costs.Drive daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment across channels.Lead and mentor a team including QA, vendor management, reverse logistics, and assistant DC managers.Process Excellence & Inventory ControlIdentify areas for process improvement and streamline workflows for better productivity.Ensure optimal inventory levels, minimize shrinkage, and manage storage & distribution efficiently.Vendor, Compliance & Safety ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with logistics and distribution partners.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe, high-performance work environment.Performance MonitoringTrack and drive KPIs including OTIF, shrink %, returns SLAs, delivery NPS, and transport cost.Continuously evaluate performance and implement corrective actions where required.People LeadershipSet KRAs, monitor performance, and drive engagement and retention within the team.Lead by example and uphold company values while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Who Were Looking For814 years of experience in warehouse / SCM / Consumer Electronics / logistics operationsStrong leadership and people management skillsExperience managing multi-channel retail logistics preferredAbility to drive KPIs, optimize costs, and deliver service excellenceStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilitiesSAP Knowledge required
