The role involves assisting in research, talent mapping, and market intelligence to support senior recruiters in identifying and engaging top leadership talent. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on target industries, companies, and leadership structures to support senior-level hiring mandates.
• Create and maintain candidate mapping reports, organizational charts, and market intelligence summaries.
• Identify potential candidates through online platforms (LinkedIn, databases, industry reports, etc.).
• Assist recruiters with shortlisting and data validation for leadership pipelines.
• Track and update candidate information on the internal database / Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support the preparation of research presentations and talent reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive leadership data.
