Role & responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates from various job portals & scheduling Interviews
- Coordinating with various vendors / consultants / colleges for placement.
- Engaging with candidates / offer management / pre onboardings
- Centralized Employee Data Management
- Handling Payroll and compliance activities
- Employee Grievance Handling
- Implementing employee Performance evaluations and enhancement programs
- Good communication skills in English & Kannada
- Graduates with min 2 yrs HR Experience
- Working knowledge of Computers
- Local area candidates preferred, who have good contacts & knowledge about the locality
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
