POSITION - MERN STACK DEVELOPER

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - 2 to 3 years of experience

JOB LOCATION - HYDERABAD

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the development of dynamic and interactive web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Architect, design, and implement solutions for complex technical challenges.
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to integrate with the front-end and back-end systems.
Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices, coding standards, and troubleshooting techniques.
Collaborate with UX / UI designers to implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, with an emphasis on quality and testing.
Ensure code quality through unit tests, code reviews, and continuous integration practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, both during development and in production environments.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in web development and the MERN stack

Qualifications :

2 plus years of experience in full-stack JavaScript development with the MERN stack.

Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB.

Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, WebSocket, and real-time application architectures.

Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI / CD workflows.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker is a plus.

Knowledge of state management tools like Redux or Context API.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
