Role Overview :

We're hiring a Social Media Marketing Intern to manage and grow our presence on Instagram & LinkedIn (plus YouTube / Facebook as needed). You'll craft content, engage daily, and help build content systems that support personal branding and lead generation .

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and publish content : posts, carousels, stories, reels / shorts
• Build and maintain monthly content calendars aligned to goals
• Write hooks, captions, and CTAs that match brand voice
• Daily engagement : reply to comments / DMs, community interactions
• Trend & competitor research; hashtag and topic mapping
• Coordinate with design / video for creatives (briefs + feedback)
• Track metrics (reach, saves, profile visits, shares, CTR) and give weekly insights
• Support campaigns tied to lead gen funnels (Meta / LinkedIn / Google Ads alignment)
