Wipro is scouting for Senior Solutions Manager / Practice Consultant with expertise in Content Moderation- Trust & Safety Domain. This is a Presales opportunity and IC role focused on strategy and solution designing approach. Candidates from Presales / Operations with Content Moderation background will be considered

Location - Can work from any Wipro office

Responsibilities :

Create compelling proposals - both proactive and response to RFI,RFP and RFQ
Work closely with the GAE and BDMs to create a robust pipeline.
Build account plans identifying white spaces for growth
Create and lead client presentations
Primary & Secondary research on competition landscape, clients and idetify whitespaces
Manage internal and external stakeholders
Responsible in building proactive pipeline, demand generation working with marketing and sales teams
Responsible for internal and external marketing and brand creation
Responsible for deal conversion

Role Demands :

Excellent domain knowledge, communication skills with collaborative ways of working. Primarily self-starter and deeply motivated and passionate to bring in new business to the Consumer DU at DOP.

Find ways to make complicated tasks easy and innovate to bring in efficiencies in workflows and processes. Ability to visualize and articulate solutions in a manner that makes sense to target audience and customers and helps us win deals.

Experience and skill set required :

Mandatory - Excellent Understanding of Content Moderation domain

Mandatory - 3 years of experience in working with multiple customers on content moderation

Excellent visualization skills and ability to transform ideas to a PPT

Excellent analytical thought process and ability to build innovation led solutions & business models.

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Willingness to travel for proposal and customer meetings

Managing a proposal cycle, presentations
