Data Governance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Governance professional to support our global content operations. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in environments where accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking are paramount.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining metadata integrity, ensuring title hierarchy accuracy, and troubleshooting data discrepancies.

Responsibilities include :

• Maintaining and organizing metadata in Rightsline to guarantee title hierarchy consistency
• Monitoring data quality, identifying issues, and documenting processes to optimize data workflows
• Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance data governance and operational scalability
• Utilizing SQL for queries and basic data validation to drive data-driven decision-making
• Supporting the continuous improvement of data governance and operational excellence

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, governance, or operations with media / entertainment expertise
• Experience with Rightsline or similar rights / data management systems
• Strong documentation, process management, and organizational skills
• SQL knowledge in MySQL / PostgreSQL preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
