Manager Technical

We are seeking a proactive Manager, Technical to ensure the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of electrical equipment and overall property infrastructure. This role is crucial for maintaining safety standards, managing facility inspections, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of high-end electrical equipment and a commitment to meticulous record-keeping and reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Equipment & Safety Management :
• Maintain electrical equipment and ensure the safety of people & property .
• Possess knowledge of high-end electric equipment and their operations.
• Regularly communicate with staff at all levels across all departments to share vital health and safety information and company policies in a timely manner.
• Facility Maintenance & Compliance :
• Manage and audit the safe and efficient maintenance and statutory inspections of all facilities.
• This includes registers, fixed electrical installations , emergency systems , and all building infrastructure , ensuring compliance with agreed procedures and regular reporting.
• Maintain a range of building-related records and service agreements.
• Operational Monitoring & Reporting :
• Inspect and monitor the functions of building facilities, including lifts, DG sets, air conditioning, fire services, water supply, electricity supply, and building work .
• Check and maintain the Log books and checklists of all facilities.
• Prepare and send Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports to the Operations Manager.
