About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer (Part-Time) to provide remote IT and network support for our global teams. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing network performance to ensure seamless connectivity and smooth application performance for offshore and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT and network support to global and offshore teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VPN performance , network latency , and slow-running applications .
• Act as a network systems administrator , ensuring stability, security, and reliability of systems.
• Analyze and resolve connectivity issues impacting offshore teams and client VPN connections.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify recurring network bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Document issues, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
