Senior Electronics Design Specialist

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

We are seeking an accomplished hardware design engineer with extensive experience in digital and analogue circuit design. The ideal candidate will be adept at designing schematics and pcb layouts using altium designer, with a proven track record in delivering robust hardware solutions for complex electronic systems.

• Design, develop, and review detailed schematics and multilayer pcb layouts using altium designer.
• Lead the end-to-end hardware design process, from concept through to prototyping, testing, and production release.
• Apply strong digital and analogue design principles to create reliable, high-performance hardware solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers, to ensure seamless integration and manufacturability of hardware designs.
• Perform design validation, debugging, and troubleshooting using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and signal generators.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design files, active boms, and test procedures, in compliance with industry standards.
• Ensure designs meet relevant emc, safety, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ce, fcc, ukca).
• Support design for manufacturability (dft) and design for testability (dft) initiatives.
