We are seeking a Bulk Hiring Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to help manage high-volume recruitment for multiple roles. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates efficiently while ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for bulk hiring needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and report on hiring metrics.
• Help onboard new hires and ensure a positive candidate experience.
