Role Overview :

Were seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to guide our growing development team. Youll be responsible for architecting robust solutions, mentoring engineers, and driving delivery across our full-stack platform. This role demands technical depth, hands-on expert-level full stack development, leadership finesse, and a startup mindset along AI first thinking and efficient utilization of AI tools for both productivity as well as out-of-box solutioning.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams or projects
• Strong hands-on expertise in NestJS, Next.js, and Python
• Experience with Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Docker, and AWS infrastructure
• A good exposure to AI tools ( Copilot, LLM / SLM models etc )
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and CI / CD workflows
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Startup-ready : proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity
