About the Opportunity :
Leadsoc Technologies is looking for a highly skilled SSD Developer with deep expertise in DDR / LPDDR architecture, performance optimization, and embedded system design. This is a strategic role within our semiconductor development team, focused on designing, analyzing, and optimizing high-performance SSD systems for next-generation computing platforms.
As an SSD Developer, you will collaborate with architecture, hardware, validation, and software teams to make critical architectural trade-offs that improve memory bandwidth, latency, and power efficiency across multiple use cases. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of DDR / LPDDR-based SSD architectures.
- Perform power and performance analysis at the product level for DDR / LPDDR memory subsystems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, software, validation, and architecture teams to integrate and validate memory subsystems.
- Support device characterization, benchmarking, and debugging for memory interfaces and controllers.
- Analyze and implement architectural trade-offs to balance performance, power consumption, and system reliability.
- Ensure compliance with JEDEC DDR / LPDDR specifications and contribute to design validation.
- Develop detailed documentation for system configurations, test plans, and design outcomes.
Required Technical Skills :
Extensive experience with DDR / LPDDR memory systems, including design, validation, and optimization.Proven expertise in DDR / LPDDR memory controller development and tuning.In-depth knowledge of JEDEC specifications and memory interface standards.Strong understanding of embedded systems and SoC architecture.Experience in low-level performance profiling, timing analysis, and hardware bring-up.Exposure to power-performance trade-off modeling and system-level analysis.Proficiency in C / C++ and scripting languages (Python, Shell) for automation and data processing.Experience working in semiconductor, storage, or embedded product development environments.Qualifications & Experience :
B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.810 years of experience in DDR / LPDDR subsystem design or development within SSD, SoC, or embedded domains.Strong analytical and abstract thinking skills with the ability to identify and solve complex performance challenges.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across cross-functional engineering teams.Preferred Attributes :
Experience with NVMe, NAND flash interfaces, or high-speed I / O protocols.Familiarity with simulation and modeling tools for memory performance evaluation.Knowledge of firmware-hardware co-design principles for memory management.Prior contributions to DDR / LPDDR system benchmarking or product validation.Why Join Leadsoc Technologies :
