Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst based in Ahmedabad. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders to elicit, understand, and document business requirements. Responsibilities include analyzing workflows, translating requirements into Odoo functionalities, preparing detailed specifications, and coordinating with technical teams. The role also involves conducting system testing, providing user training, and ensuring the successful rollout of Odoo ERP solutions. The analyst will work to align business goals with technical solutions, ensuring the optimal use of ERP capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for requirement gathering, business process modeling, and data analysis
• Proficiency in translating business processes into functional and technical specifications for ERP systems
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP functionalities, workflows, and modules, as well as third-party integrations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge in testing methodologies, user training, and project lifecycle management
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple tasks
• Experience in ERP or Odoo consulting / implementation is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
