We are looking for an experienced GTM, B2B Sales, and Growth Specialist who has previously built and executed proven playbooks for early-stage tech or AI companies. As a part-time consultant, you will work closely with the founder to establish scalable sales, marketing, and partnership processes that help us grow internationally.
This role is ideal for a senior operator who has done this before — someone who understands what a Seed-stage company needs to reach Series A-level scale, global revenue, and predictable pipelines , but wants the flexibility of part-time work or consulting.
Key Responsibilities
1. GTM Strategy Creation & Alignment
- Review existing sales, marketing, and partnership activities of the company.
- Create a structured Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy aligned with our business model, product capabilities, and international growth goals.
- Identify high-potential markets, customer segments, channel partners, and expansion routes.
- Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored for global prospects.
2. Set Up Scalable Sales & Marketing Processes
Build an end-to-end product marketing and business development pipeline , including :Prospect data collection & automation toolsCRM setup or clean-upLead scoring, segmentation, and qualification frameworksAutomated email sequencesLinkedIn outreach campaignsDashboarding and reporting mechanismsEstablish SOPs for inbound and outbound sales workflows.3. Partnership Ecosystem Activation
Evaluate and strengthen the existing partnership network across regions (Middle East, Europe, APAC, etc.).Create a partner enablement kit including product pitches, one-pagers, demo workflows, co-marketing templates, etc.Set up a repeatable process for managing partner-generated leads.4. Founder Enablement & Internal Capability Building
Train the internal team on modern B2B sales and marketing tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach automation tools, etc.).Serve as a strategic advisor to the founder on scaling, pricing, ICP refinement, and competitive positioning.Create a 90-day and 180-day execution roadmap.Required Experience
5–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS, AI, Enterprise Tech, Infrastructure Tech , or related GTM roles.Proven experience setting up GTM from scratch for an early-stage startup (Seed → Series A).Strong understanding of outbound sales, PLG (optional), partner-led sales, and international B2B selling.Experience creating automated pipelines, campaign flows, and CRM-driven processes.Ability to translate strategy into execution with minimal supervision.Prior experience in global markets (Middle East, Europe, US, SE Asia) is a strong advantage.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI, DeepTech, InfraTech, or GovTech products.Hands-on expertise with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Mailchimp, ClickUp / Notion, Sales Navigator, etc.Ability to create product marketing collateral (playbooks, case studies, pitch decks).Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Engagement Model
