International Tour Specialist

Job descriptionAssist guests in planning and booking their ideal travel experiences. Design bespoke itineraries tailored to client preferences. Provide detailed travel insights (destinations, weather, activities, etc.). Facilitate end-to-end travel arrangements, ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage trip customizations, negotiate changes, and resolve concerns. Maintain guest databases and build long-term relationships. Meet sales and revenue goals while handling advances / refunds. Handle challenges with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach. Bachelor’s Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field . 1+ year of experience in selling international tour packages. Proficiency in travel tools / software and basic MS Office / Canva skills. Multilingual skills are a bonus! Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic, motivated, and able to handle challenges under pressure. Competitive salary : ₹1.8 Lakh – ₹3 Lakh per annum + Bonus / Incentives.
