Role Overview
We are seeking a Full QA Automation Developer with strong hands-on experience in Cypress to join our India-based engineering team. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, stability, and performance of our SaaS product by building and maintaining robust automation frameworks for both UI and API testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Cypress-based automation frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Develop reusable automated test scripts covering end-to-end SaaS workflows.
- Integrate test automation into CI / CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
- Collaborate closely with the India development team (ReactJS, NodeJS, Azure) to validate new features and releases.
- Participate in sprint planning, QA reviews, and automation coverage discussions.
- Proactively identify quality gaps and ensure high test reliability across environments.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in test automation for web or SaaS applications.Mandatory hands-on experience with Cypress (JavaScript / TypeScript).Strong knowledge of API automation, REST testing, and test data management.Practical experience with CI / CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.Familiar with Agile / Scrum workflows and sprint-based QA cycles.Excellent debugging, documentation, and collaboration skills.Nice to Have
Experience with Playwright or Postman automation.Familiarity with ReactJS / NodeJS environments.Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architectures and Azure cloud.Exposure to performance testing tools or security validation.
