Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Project Manager with a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis to lead cross-functional initiatives across our pharmaceutical operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of project execution and financial strategy, ensuring delivery excellence while maintaining fiscal discipline.

🔑 Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end project management for pharmaceutical programs, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Collaborate with Finance, R&D, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to align project goals with financial targets.
Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls; provide regular financial reporting and variance analysis.
Identify risks and mitigation strategies related to project scope, cost, and resource allocation.
Drive stakeholder communication and governance through dashboards, status reports, and executive updates.
Support business case development, ROI analysis, and resource planning for new initiatives.

🎯 Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Finance, Business, or related field; PMP or MBA preferred.

5+ years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CDMO industry.

Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
