STIBO Developer

We are seeking an experienced Stibo Developer to join our Master Data Management (MDM) team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on the Stibo STEP platform. This role requires expertise in hierarchy design, golden record management, data quality frameworks, and CRUD implementation, ensuring that our enterprise data is consistent, reliable, and leveraged effectively across the organization.

Experience Range : 5 - 9 Years

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain data models, hierarchies, workflows, and attributes within the Stibo STEP platform.

Implement and optimize golden record creation and survivorship rules to ensure high-quality master data.

Develop and deploy CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations across multiple data domains.

Define and enforce data quality standards, validation rules, and exception handling processes.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical configurations.

Integrate Stibo STEP with downstream systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, e-commerce) using APIs, services, or middleware.

Support migration, data onboarding, and data synchronization initiatives.

Conduct performance tuning, issue resolution, and system monitoring for Stibo STEP applications.

Document technical designs, configurations, and workflows for long-term sustainability.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices in MDM adoption.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of overall IT experience OR 3+ years hands-on experience in Stibo STEP.

Strong knowledge of :

Data hierarchy and taxonomy design

Golden record survivorship and consolidation methodologies

Data quality frameworks and implementations

CRUD operations and scripting within Stibo STEP

Experience in the Partner domain is a nice to have

Experience in workflow design, business rule configurations, and data governance processes.

Proficiency in integration techniques, such as web services, APIs, or message queues.

Solid understanding of relational database concepts and SQL.

Familiarity with product, customer, or supplier master data domains.
