We are seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) to support the execution of a large-scale SAP & Business base upgradation project for an MNC construction equipment OEM. This role is crucial for ensuring structured coordination, meticulous documentation, transparent reporting, and strict compliance with project management methodologies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support execution of the India SAP & Business base upgradation project by ensuring structured coordination, documentation, reporting, and compliance with defined project management methodologies.
- Ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment of project processes, focusing on reporting, planning support, issue tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Consolidate input from project managers and business functional leads.
- Support coordination of steering committee reviews, project milestone approvals, and key meetings.
- Maintain PMO templates, tools standards, and documentation as per defined guidelines.
- Track compliance with the project framework.
- Track milestone achievements and flag delays for escalation.
- Organize and maintain project documentation on a shared platform.
Skills Required
Experience : 8 to 10 years of experience as a PMO or in a program coordination role in large enterprise projects.Familiarity with SAP functional modules .Ability to handle multiple streams of information simultaneously.Excellent stakeholder communication and follow-up discipline.Strong organization skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in project tracking tools (MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or Equivalent.PMO Certification (PMO-CP, P30) or PMP, Prince2 Foundation will be an added advantage.Language : English, Hindi, regional languages.Skills Required
