Technical Trainer

Role : Technical Trainer (Full-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a best in class full-time Technical Trainer who can take complete ownership of technical learning delivery across engineering cohorts. The trainer will design learning paths, lead structured technical sessions (master classes), drive learning outcomes, foster diligence, and ensure every learner progresses with clarity, rigor, and consistency.

This role is central to our learning-by-doing engine and works closely with Trumio mentors, while the trainer is the primary technical SME and lead instructor .

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Training

• Design and deliver high-quality training sessions across one or more technical areas :
• Python, Java, .NET, Full Stack Fundamentals
• Backend development and technologies
• APIs, Databases, Deployment fundamentals
• Frontend basics (React / JS, Angular, etc.) as applicable
• Conduct live coding workshops, debugging sessions, and hands-on labs.
• Break down complex topics into structured, sequential modules based on Trumui’s innovative program designs.
• Calibrate training content for new graduates and / or experienced professionals.
