Position Purpose

The I&T Collaboration Platform Manager is an established technical leader that specialises in the management, operation, and optimisation of MS Teams and Unified Comms, based predominantly around the MS Teams and Nice contact centre solutions. This includes the management of underlying platforms and services which underpin our Collaboration Services that are delivered to the rest of the Brambles business.

Reporting to the Senior BRM – Employee Experience Platforms, this role will deputise for operational leadership when required and participate in planning for the team and how it aligns to both the I&T Collaboration Services and Architecture that the End-User platform team provides.

The Key Performance Indicators for this role are driven by :

• Proactive and effective running of the MS Teams and Nice Unified Communications platforms
• Meet or exceed targets for capability optimisation
• Positive impact on end user satisfaction
