We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions.
You'll work closely with our development and operations teams to streamline workflows, automate processes, and ensure the reliability and performance of our applications and systems.
Responsibilities :
- Design, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure using a DevOps methodology.
- Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration and microservices deployment.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Automate deployment pipelines and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues in production and non-production environments.
- Monitor system performance and availability, and implement proactive measures to ensure high uptime.
- Stay current with the latest DevOps tools, trends, and best practices, and introduce them to the team where appropriate.
- Write and maintain clear documentation for infrastructure, processes, and automation scripts.
Requirements :
B. Tech. / B. E. degree in Computer Science or an equivalent software engineering degree / experience.Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a DevOps / Infrastructure Consultant.A firm grasp of the container orchestration tool Kubernetes, including cluster setup, management, and troubleshooting.Proven expertise in configuration management tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Chef / Puppet.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to write scripts in at least one scripting language (e.g., Bash, Python).Understanding of programming languages like GO, Python, or Java is a plus.Comfortable working with and managing databases like Mongo, Redis, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, and Kafka.(ref : hirist.tech)
