Job Description :
Insight Global is seeking a skilled SailPoint Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SailPoint administration and Salesforce, with a focus on troubleshooting, entitlement management, and maintaining healthy connections between systems. This role involves working closely with the SailPoint development team and handling manual provisioning for exception users.
Must haves :
- Level 2 experience with SailPoint administration
- Salesforce, but if no one has it then we will pivot without it)
- Field mapping experience within SailPoint
- Skema configuration experience
- SailPoint certifications
- Experience working with ServiceNow
- Experience working with Synapse
Nice to Have Skills :
SailPoint development expSalesforce experience (they will be using SailPoint for Salesforce revisioning, so we really want someone with Salesforce, but if no one has it then we will pivot without it)Responsibilities :
Provisioning user accessModify user access and entitlementsPerform manual aggregation of usersTroubleshoot access-related issuesFix entitlements / bug / SP UI issues with workarounds found by troubleshootingKeep / maintain personas (SailPoint Profiles) up to dateKeep / maintain users' access without any conflicts / bouncing for ALL connected sources for CAN, GOV and COMM SF orgsSetup sources and ensuring a "healthy connection" between SP and SF sourcesField mapping and working with the development teamWorking on data issues / discrepancies that need to be fixed
