About the role

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They're among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.

We're looking for a Business Risk Manager to be part of the first line of defence and oversee operational risk management that directly shapes how our savings products scale safely. You'll partner with Product and Operations to identify, assess, and manage day-to-day risks.

What you'll be doing

• Managing risk across savings products, including regulated deposits and partnerships
• Identifying, assessing, and remediating risks (credit, liquidity, third-party, operational)
• Collaborating with product teams and operations managers on daily risk activities
• Supporting incident management, control, testing, and risk reporting
• Partnering with leadership on savings risk-related matters
