Customer Support - Gaming Client - English Fluency Required - Rs 140 Per Hour

Location :  Work From Home (Anywhere in India)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a dedicated  Customer Support Representative  to join our team as a consultant. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting clients in the US and UK, preferably with a passion for gaming. This role requires a customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills and the flexibility to work in shifts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle customer queries via email, chat and phone for clients based in the US and UK.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on first-contact resolution.
• Provide empathetic and proactive support to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate and timely assistance.

Requirements :

• Experience :  Minimum of 2 years in customer support, specifically for US and / or UK clients.
• Preferred Background :  Gamers or individuals with an interest in gaming are highly preferred.
• Communication :  Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Technology :  Must own a laptop and have a reliable internet connection.
• Flexibility :  Willingness to work in rotational shifts to accommodate US and UK time zones.
• Work Setup :  This is a contractor position with a work-from-home arrangement.
